Guide it to the AMD Folder that was created when you cancelled the installation program at C:\AMD or when you unpacked it using 7-Zip. Now all you have to do is go to Device Manager - Display and use Update Driver. When it asks to install, cancel it to prevent it from continuing to install the driver or simply use 7-zip to unpack the AMD installation.
